Well dang! This is definitely a story you do not hear regularly. A judge in Texas is ordering a man to pay $8.8 million dollars to a North Carolina man for having an affair with his wife.
Superior Court Judge Orlando Hudson has awarded Keith King, $8.8 Million in compensatory and punitive damages from Francisco Huizar III. Keith sued Francisco for criminal conversation and alienation of affection.
North Carolina is one of the few states where jilted spouses can sue affair partners. Keith says his marriage was destroyed by Francisco's malicious actions.
YIKES! I wonder if that law will happen in any other states?
