Well this is probably nothing new for Kylie Jenner. But this one seems to be for stealing names for her Cosmetic line. Her main money maker!
Sheree Cosmetics is suing Kylie for allegedly stealing her "Born to Sparkle," makeup line. Sheree claims that she has her own "Born to Sparkle," line and that Kylies version is pretty similar to hers.
Sheree is suing for unspecified damages, and TMZ hasn't heard anything from Kylie Jenner's side.
