When is enough going to be enough when it comes to Police Brutality.
Willie McCoy was sleeping in his car Saturday night, when police shot multiple rounds of bullets at him. The Family of McCoy believe at least 20 bullets had been shot at him. Later police say they found a gun in the car, which Willie never used, nor flaunted.
