This is so unfortunate.
I feel like I have been seeing too many stories like this lately. A Lyft Driver making a drop off in a Santa Rosa apartment complex, noticed a toddler roaming around in the storm that has been going on.
The toddler had no shoes on and was by herself. Thank God this man found her. Some people are not meant to be parents!
