WOW! It's crazy to think that this is probably not the first time something like this has been seen by a parent and child.
This is probably such a common thing out in SF. But the fact that it is so common is just flat out sad. A parent recorded a little stroll with their child. While recording they recorded a man shooting up like nothing! This epidemic definitely needs help. What's the craziest thing that you've seen while on the streets of SF?
