This is horrible.
Lillian Waldron was on the bus to go to school, and was bitten and bruised by kids on the bus. Lillian developmentally delayed and cannot speak. So its not like she can tell them to stop.
This is not ok, and its definitely not ok for kids to think this is ok to do. My heart hurts for her.
