Who would of thought that the gender swap filter on Snapchat would be out here catching people trying to talk to minors.
It all started with college student, Ethan, who posed as a 19-year old girl on Tinder. Officer Robert Davies messaged "Esther," and talked for multiple hours. Esther then came clean about being 16-years old. And Davies of the San Mateo Police Department took the bate.
