The town of Rachel, Nevada is getting ready for something that originally started as a joke.
"Storm Area 51," started on Facebook, and when the creator speaks about it, he said it was a joke from the beginning. Until it wasn't. Now the little town of Rachel is gearing up for the September 20th target date.
