Looks like in the order of playing damage control, and good PR, the airline is offering refunds to the passengers who witnessed the terrible removal of the doctor from flight 3411. Speaking of the doctor he has asked the judge to save ALL video of the incident. Smells like he's definitely going to be suing United, as well as more people involved.
