A Missouri man is back in jail after posting a Facebook video of him removing his ankle monitor. Dustin Burns, 33, of Springfield was charged with tampering with a electronic monitoring equipment. He used a butter knife and gave instructions on how to remove the device without damaging it and getting fined. Burns had violated a restraining order earlier in the year and was put on house arrest, he is now in jail after violating probation several times over the Summer.
