A local attorney, Mark Hudak, has filed a complaint with the San Mateo Superior Court, arguing that the dinosaurs are too tall and constitute "unenclosed structures" which require special permits. After the owner Florence Fang, reportedly did renovations on the property in 2017 adding 15-foot dinosaurs, a giraffe, and brightly-colored mushrooms.Town officials appear to be on Hudak's side, and want the dino sculptures removed.
