What if you could eat chocolate every day!?
Eating a small amount of dark chocolate every day can improve your attention span, verbal fluency, memory, and even help you process things faster. The University of L'Aquila in Italy found this evidence after doing a test on elderly people over a three month period. They found that elderly people who ate dark chocolate on a regular basis fought the possibility of a decline in their memory.
According to a researcher,
If you look at the underlying mechanism, the cocoa flavanols have beneficial effects for cardiovascular health and can increase cerebral blood volume in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus
What the researcher was trying to say is that the natural plant nutrients in cocoa, or chocolate, helps your heart and brain.
