The Healdsburg School, an independent K-8 school located in the North Bay, cancelled classes and closed its doors on Monday, March 2nd. The closure was prompted by concerns over an adult associated with the school who came in contact with a confirmed coronavirus patient, according to KRON4.
SFGate confirmed that the adult was not an employee at Healdsburg School.
Although there is no confirmed coronavirus case, school officials want to take precaution and are currently in the process of contacting public health officials. As the story develops, there is no news when the school plans to reopen.
