Bay Area Pumpkin Patch Guide

Many holiday events have either been put on hold for next year or have changed to fit today's current events.

It's October and pumpkin patches are now open to enjoy with the family! Of course masks are REQUIRED when on premisses. Some locations require purchase of tickets online to limit people attending. Majority of the pumpkin patches will be open until October 31.

Peninsula

San Francisco:

  • Clancy's Pumpkin Patch: Clancy's opened San Francisco's first Pumpkin Patch in 1979. Visiting the patch in October, you will find pumpkins of all sizes and shapes. Gourds, corn stalks, and Indian corn are in abundance.

Half Moon Bay:

  • Arata's Pumpkin Farm: Arata’s Pumpkin Farm is the oldest sustainable pumpkin farm in San Mateo County. Pumpkins have been a way of life at the Arata Farm since 1932. Every year we set up thousands of hay bales to construct our unique, world-famous Minotaur’s Labyrinth hay maze and we feature numerous other attractions for adults and children.
  • Farmer John's Pumpkin Farm: Daylight Farms is a fifth generation farm family run business since 1918.   • Lemos Farm: Lemos Farm has been around since 1942, but is far different today than when Frank Lemos first moved here from San Francisco. Lemos Farm is a farm themed amusement park home to the bay area's best pony rides, train rides, hay rides, petting zoo, bounce houses, Goat Yoga and more. 

Portola Valley:

East Bay

Livermore:

  • Joan's Farm: Variety of pumpkins from mini to very large and several types of fall items such as indian corn, gourds, wheat bundles. Friendly staff to help you and your family pick out the “just right” pumpkin and offer you many different and unique photo opportunities.

Oakland:

  • Super Family Farms: We are family owned and operated by 3rd and 4th generation Oakland natives. All of our pumpkins are sourced locally from small to medium sized farmers. We offer a wide variety pumpkins, squashes and gourds. We have attractions ranging from 4 story ship slide, petting zoo, jumpy houses, kid play areas, mazes for your families enjoyment.

San Leandro:

  • ABC Tree Farms:This pumpkin patch offers tons of inflatable fun for children ages 2-12 and is conveniently located at the Bay Fair Center Mall. There are lots of different varieties of pumpkins to choose from and a wonderfully decorated “memory zone” to take pictures of your little ones.

Richmond:

  • ABC Tree Farms: Besides the giant inflatable fun, this lot offers lots of different varieties of pumpkins and a wonderfully decorated “memory zone” to take pictures of your little ones.

San Ramon:

  • Windmill Farms: Every year we have thousands of traditional pumpkins perfect for Jack-O-Lantern or fall decorating. We carry twenty varieties of pumpkins plus mini-pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks, hay bales, Indian corn, Jack-O-Lantern carving and Halloween accessories.

South Bay

Hollister:
