San Francisco has put out their guidelines to celebrate Halloween during the pandemic.
The City encourages you to do:
- Activities at home with people you live with
- Remote parties with friends
- Outdoor activities with up to 25 people from 3 different households, staying 6 feet apart
- Outdoor dining at a local restaurant
- Wear your face covering if you leave your home
Please avoid the following:
- Door to door trick-or-treating
- Traveling to a rural fall festival. Unnecessary travel can also spread COVID-19.
- Sharing a candy bowl between households is risky.
- Gather with more than 25 people from 3 different households, inside or outside
- Celebrate indoors with anyone who doesn’t live with you
