The Golden State Warriors collaborated with BamBam on an exclusive collection sold at The Warriors shop in Thrive City outside of Chase Center. They gave fans a chance of a lifetime to meet their favorite idol. Fifty fans would be randomly selected for a meet and greet when they bought the exclusive merchandise. We met some fans who were in line since 7 in the morning!
Many fans were screaming and crying as they found a golden ticket in their bag. While fans lined up for the meet and greet, our host Angelina was able to interview BamBam!
He was so nervous and excited about the opportunity to perform at Chase Center. When asked if he would have Warriors player Andrew Wiggins do vocals in a song he said,
maybe in the future and have curry as a backup dancer
We would love to see that!
The next day, the Warriors played their last home game of the regular season against the Lakers. BamBam performed at halftime making history as the first KPOP idol to perform at an NBA game and the first KPOP idol to perform at Chase Center! He performed his unreleased song 'Wheels Up' followed by 'Pandora' and 'Ride or Die'. Check out a short recap of his halftime performance below.
