Safe Foods For Your Dog To Indulge In This Thanksgiving

Here are some foods that you could safely share with your pup this Thanksgiving!

  • Unseasoned Turkey
  • Cranberries
  • Plain Sweet Potatoes
  • Greens Beans
  • Pumpkin (Cooked or Canned)
  • Corn
  • Apples

While your pup can indulge in some of your Thanksgiving feast, your furry friend should not have the following:

  • Turkey Skin, Bones, Drippings
  • Stuffing
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Sage
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Nutmeg
  • Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Alcohol
  • Xylitol (a sugar substitute in candy, chewing gums and more.

Consuming any amount of these foods may wreak havoc on your pup's digestive system, give them diarrhea, cause seizures or in some cases, send you on a trip to the emergency vet!
