We all have a lot to say about Rihanna's new billionaire boyfriend Hassan Jameel, including her father Ronald Fenty, who recently shared some thoughts on his daughter's new lover, whose family owns the rights to sell Toyota cars in the Middle East.
Speaking with The Toronto Sun, Bad Gal's pops reportedly revealed that his superstar daughter shared the news about her new love "about a month ago," but he didn't know who the Suadi Arabian businessman was. "I always tell her, 'Don't date an entertainer. Don't date an athlete,'" he recalled. "They are busy going this way and that way, they don't have any quality time, and they're good looking guys so women fall all over them."
It wasn't a particularly insightful or overwhelmingly positive perspective to take on Jameel, but it appears as if Ronald wants to make sure that the businessman is ready to deal with the 29-year-old’s hectic lifestyle. "He's going to have to buckle up," Ronald continued. "She's a hard-working girl. She’s very independent and ambitious. Nobody can tell her what to do. She doesn't want to be lifted up. She wanted to get up there herself. Hopefully, he's a little bit more liberal and has spent more time in Europe and South America."
