Rihanna Was Allegedly Paid $2.5 Million To Tweet In Support Of Farmer

A while back, Rihanna tweeted out a CNN article about farmers' agitation titled, "India cuts internet around New Delhi as protesting farmers clash with police."

She wrote, "Why aren't we talking about this? #FarmersProtest."

Now there are rumors that a PR company paid her $2.5 million to do that.

According to sources, Mo Dhaliwal, the founder of the Canada-based Poetic Justice Foundation, is supposedly one of the directors behind the PR agency that is in question.

There are also several other PR firms that are being linked to this.

According to outlets, these PR companies have played a vital role in starting a global campaign with backing from various leaders and activists.
