This surveillance video footage shows the moment that a young boy, around 12-years-old, went up to a neighbor to call him out for his display of the Confederate flag. You can year the young boy asking him why he has it up and informing him that it's a symbol of racism. The man ends up telling the young kid to do his research and fires off a few curse words at the youngin whlie he's at it. The young man holds his ground and ends up telling the neighbor to also do his own research. The confederate flag has been defended by many people in the South as a form of expression honoring the confederacy during the Civil War. However many critics argue that the flag sparks racial hostility towards African Americans since the Confederacy promoted and encouraged slavery. What do you think?
