Lake Tahoe currently has the worst air quality in the world. Smoke from the Caldor fire and various other fires have made the air quality hazardous in Lake Tahoe. Resorts, schools, and all outdoor activities have been canceled for the next couple of days due to the poor air quality.
As of 8/25 at 7am the Caldor fire is currently only 11% contained burning 126,182 Acres in 11 days.
