San Francisco's Fleet Week is here! This year the events will be held in person since 2019. The Blue Angels will be having their air show on October 8, 9th, and 10th from 10am to 4pm.

Fleet Week will be full of events from training exercises, community relation projects, ship tours, a parade of ships, K9 demonstrations and so much more! Although this is an outdoor event, masking is required in some areas.

Here is a list of events happening during the week:

  • Ship Tour - WED 10/6, THU 10/7, SAT 10/9, SUN 10/10 10AM - 4PM, MON 10/11 9AM - 12PM
    • Port of San Francisco - Embarcadero PIER 30/32 + PIER 35
    • Throughout Fleet Week, thousands of visitors climb aboard amphibious carriers, destroyers and cruisers docked at the Port of San Francisco to get a glimpse into the day-to-day lives of the sailors serving in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard.
  • Honor Our Fallen Concert - Wednesday October 6, 2021 6PM
    • Herbst Theatre SF War Memorial & Performing Arts Center
    • Please join us for the 2021 “Honor Our Fallen” Tribute Concert. This special performance by the United States Marine Corps 1st Marine Division Band is a poignant tribute to the service members who volunteered to defend their country and gave the ultimate sacrifice.
  • Air Show - 10AM - 4PM October 8, 9, 10
    • Between the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz
    • Held annually between the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, The San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show Presented by United attracts fans from all over the globe. The waterfront event is headlined by The U.S. Navy Blue Angels and is the only air show in the United States with a commercial airliner, the United 777, to perform a fully choreographed act.
  • Parade of Ships - 11 AM, October 8
    • Along the San Francisco Waterfront, The procession of ships can be seen from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Bay Bridge, with the viewing stand at the Marina Green.
    • Come see the Fleet enter the Bay under the Golden Gate Bridge as the visiting ships steam towards their ports, and Liberty Call for our honored Sailors and Marines. San Francisco Fleet Week hosts the largest Parade of Ships on the West Coast.
  • Humanitarian Assistance Village - October 8, 9, 10 10AM
    • Marina Green
    • The Humanitarian Assistance Village (HAV) is an open-air interactive exhibition of the military’s disaster relief equipment including heavy machinery, communications equipment, search and rescue capabilities, underwater inspection and repair, field hospitals, and much more.
  • STEM Center - October 8, 9, 10 10AM
    • Marina Green
    • Families and their children will be able to learn about renewable energy, robotics, water desalination and purification techniques, and much more. Displays are designed to entertain and educate children of all ages.
  • K9 Heroes - October 9, 2021 10AM - 2PM
    • Duboce Park
    • In the center of San Francisco at Duboce Park, regional and national K9 services bring their stars to demonstrate their abilities, including therapy tasks, drug and food detection, law enforcement, and bomb detection.
