- Atherton - Sand, shovel and bags- available, Corp Yard Dinkelspiel Station Lane near Fair Oaks when the yard is open - call 752-0570
- Belmont – 1) Belmont Corp Yard 110 Sem Lane - sand, shovel and bags – available. Limit 10 sand bags for each Belmont address • 2) City Hall, located at 1 Twin Pines and 3) the Barrett Community Center parking lot at 1870 Ralston Ave.
- Burlingame - Sandbags are located at California and Juanita (one block north of Broadway on California)
- Colma – Town Corporation Yard, 601 F Street Daly City - Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant 153 Lake Merced Blvd. Open 24 hours, every day residents limit 10 sand bags • Public Works Corporation Yard, 798 Niantic Ave. Monday – Friday 7 a.m. 3:00 p.m. residents limit 10 sand bags.
- East Palo Alto – Sand, shovel and bags available at 150 Tara Road when the yard is open for business - call 853-5916
- Foster City - Build your own sandbags at Foster City Hall, 610 Foster City Blvd.
- Half Moon Bay - City Hall, 501 Main Street, in the open parking lot next door
- Hillsborough – Available at Fire Station #33 - 835 Chateau • Hillsborough Corporation Yard – foot of La Honda Rd • Hillsborough Town Hall 1600 Floribunda
- Menlo Park – Sand bags are available for residents at Island in front of 222 Laurel Avenue • The parking lot at Burgess Drive and Alma Street. (Loose sand avail at 1st heavy rain) • The Menlo Park Fire District Station 77 1467 Chilco Street
- Millbrae - 511 Magnolia for residents only, sand and bags are available
- Pacifica - Public Works Corporation Yard @ 675 Oceana Blvd. (7:30am – 3:30pm) • Behind the Linda Mar Fire Station @ 1100 Linda Mar Blvd. (open 24hrs) residents may be required to fill bags o Limit 25 per resident, sand bags please call 650-738-3760 more for information
- Portola Valley - Sand, bags and shovels at Portola Valley Town Center, by the drive way near the tennis courts
- Redwood City – Public parking lot at the City Corporation Yard at 1400 Broadway and Chestnut Streets • Redwood City - Grant County Corporation Yard - 752 Chestnut St Redwood City
- San Bruno - San Felipe at Hunt and behind Fire Station 51, 555 El Camino Real. Limit 15 per household San Carlos – Sand, shovel and bags - available in front of the corporation yard employee parking lot at 1000 Branston Road.
- San Mateo - Build your own sandbags are at 2 locations: 2015 Detroit Dr San Mateo HOURS: Open 24 hours, 7 days a week • 1949 Pacific Blvd., San Mateo HOURS: 7:00am - 3:00pm, M-F
- South San Francisco – Public works Building, 550 North Canal Street (usually placed in a pallet in the parking lot for citizens to take)
- Woodside – Sand and bags are available in the parking lot of Town Hall, 2955 Woodside Road (Cross Street is Whiskey Hill)
- Pescadero - High School 350 Butano Cut-Off

Marin County
- Marin County residents are able to pick up sandbags at these following locations:
- Belvedere: Belvedere Public Works, Across from 73 Westshore Road, Belvedere Community and Mallard roads
- Bolinas: Bolinas Fire Department, 100 Mesa Road
- Kentfield: Kentfield Fire College of Marin parking lot #15, officials are asking residents to enter driveway between 139 & 145 Kent Avenue
- Novato: Novato Public Works, 550 Davidson Street
- Ross: Ross Public Works, entrance to Natalie Coffin Green Park at end of Lagunitas Road
- San Anselmo, San Anselmo Public Works, just beyond Redhill Shopping Center
- San Rafael: San Rafael Public Works, Terra Linda Community Center, 670 Del Ganado Road. Menzies Parking Lot, 1428 Mission Avenue, back of peacock gap by Biscayne Drive
- Sausalito, Sausalito Corp Yard, 530 Nevada Street, 610 Coloma Street, located outside the basketball courts
- Stinson Beach: Stinson Beach Fire Station #2, 100 Calle Del Arroyo
- Tiburon: Outside the Blackie's Pasture gravel lot, located at 654 Tiburon Boulevard

- Valley Water is offering free and filled sandbags for Santa Clara residents at these following locations:
