The wildfires in Maui have left many communities without anything. California Governor Gavin Newsom said in a tweet he will be sending rescue teams to Maui,
California will be sending search and rescue teams to assist in Hawaii's recovery efforts. The wildfires and devastation that Maui is experiencing is all too familiar and all too horrifying. We stand at the ready to aid Hawaii in its time of need.
The State of Hawaii suggests people to call 1-800-RED-CROSS to locate missing loved ones.

- Hawaii Community Foundation
- Aloha United Way: The Honolulu-based nonprofit organization, started in 1919, has created a Maui Fire Relief Fund to help fire victims financially.
- Maui Food Bank: the organization said is "the quickest way to make an impact."
