If you watched the Oscars, it might have been a little hard not to notice that giant rock around Gaga's neck. Well that's because that rock is a 128-carat Tiffany yellow diamond worth $30 Million!! If you did notice it and thought it might've even looked familiar it might be because the last time it was worn was by Audrey Hepburn!
