Lol! Salma Hayek revealed that she ran into Em backstage at The Oscars and accidentally dumped water all over him because she was so excited to meet him!! (That would explain the mortified look on is face in the photos below) She was so embarrassed but come to find out, he was at starstruck as she was!!! What a great story!
