Photos of Chris Brown playing around with a woman and his hands around her neck have surfaced, but both parties are saying that everything was in fun.
The pictures were taken around 9a Monday from a home that Chris was renting while in town for the Ultra Festival.
In the pictures, Chris is seen with his hands around a woman's throat, and in some of the pictures she looks to be in distress.
Breezy's lawyer, Mark Geragos, said to TMZ, "She's a friend. It's obviously playful as she confirmed. Whoever invaded their privacy will be held accountable."
