A mayor in Illinois has gone viral on a meme with people saying she looks like Cardi B in 40 years. Allison Madison says that she has more in common with Cardi than looks, she said she also rose up from nothing and identifies Cardi as a leader. Madison says “To be a good leader you need to have some personal feelings in it. And as far as Cardi is concerned ... She’s not worried about what people think or what they say. She is who she is.”
